WELCOME TO THE GUSD PRESCHOOL WHERE BRIGHT FUTURES BEGIN!

We are very pleased that you have decided to enroll your childin the Gilroy Unified School District Preschool Program.

Our program incorporates a wide variety of experiences, materials and curriculum including teaching strategies to accomodate the range of individual differences.  We support each child's home culture and language so the unique contributions of the child can be recognized in the classroom where the connection with family and culture valued.  Our program has a comprehensive, effective curriculum that targest our Kindergarten Readiness goals and aligns with the California Preschool Learning Foundations.  Our assessments focus on children's progress based on individual goals and are developmentally and educationally appropriate.  We provide parent education classes monthly to support families based on their needs and requests.
