District Health Council

Gilroy Unified School District Health Council is composed of school staff, school board members, parents, representatives of coordinated health services, and other community members. The Council assists with the development of the District Wellness Policy and supports each school's efforts to promote and maintain life-long health.  In addition to advising the District on health related issues, activities, policies and programs, the Council also evaluates the results of the Healthy Kids Survey. The GUSD Health Council conducts quarterly meetings.
