Welcome to the Gilroy Unified School District Educational Services Division web page.  

The overarching goal of Educational Services is to provide meaningful and lasting support for our Early Childhood programs, elementary schools, middle schools, alternative schools, comprehensive high schools, and our Adult Education/Literacy programs. This support takes many forms, and it involves participants from within our district and from outside agencies when appropriate or required.  

The Educational Services Division is prepared to address the needs and requirements of schools through the various departments:

Educational Services believes that the work of the division is to serve the students and families, teachers and administrators, and the GUSD community, by improving the learning conditions, expectations and opportunities for all. GUSD ES strives to meet the challenge to move from Good to Great throughout the district office and schools.  

This district has been moving from good to great steadily through its API and AYP growth. The district student population is also growing, and our demographics have been shifting. Throughout these transitions, the Educational Services Division continues to keep its eyes on the prize – improved student achievement.
